If you are using NAVIGATOR 2.0 or later, and you see this message, you need to enable JavaScript by choosing ( Options - Security Preferences for NAVIGATOR 2.0 ) or ( Options - Network Preferences for NAVIGATOR 3.0 ) and then hitting RELOAD.
